Ifeoluwa Elizabeth Fashola is a distinguished investment banker and legal practitioner with over 25 years of experience spanning financial regulation, risk management, and corporate governance across global markets. As Group CEO of Kedari Capital Limited and a Non-Executive Director at First Atlantic Bank Ghana, she plays a critical role in shaping investment strategy and institutional oversight.

Her career includes senior leadership roles at the UK Financial Services Authority, where she led high-impact regulatory initiatives, as well as experience at Lehman Brothers, contributing to complex financial structuring and advisory. Her work reflects a deep understanding of both regulatory systems and capital markets.

An alumna of Obafemi Awolowo University and the University of Wales, Cardiff, she holds an LLB and LLM and is a Chartered Stockbroker. A participant of the Stanford SEED Business Transformation Programme and a doctoral candidate in Business Administration, Fashola continues to influence financial systems through leadership, governance, and strategic insight.
