Registration & Payment

All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment. The organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred once before the event with written approval from the organizer.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the stated deadline. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees. No refunds will be issued after the deadline unless under exceptional circumstances.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

Media & Photography Consent

By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded for promotional and archival purposes.

Data Protection

Personal data collected during registration will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and used solely for event-related communication and operations.

Force Majeure

The organizer shall not be held liable for delays, cancellation, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or security issues.

Liability

The organizer shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

Event Modifications

The organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, venue, or schedule without prior notice.

Accreditation & Security Compliance

All badges remain the property of the organizer. Unauthorized sharing or duplication is prohibited. Participants must comply with all venue security protocols and access regulations.

Confidential Sessions

Certain roundtables or closed-door sessions may be designated confidential. Recording or redistribution of such sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.
