Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi is leading Nigeria’s digital transformation agenda with a focus on innovation and inclusion. He is the first Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Nigeria's public sector, a prestigious technical certification that matches his regulatory foresight.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University and is an alumnus of MIT Sloan, Harvard, and IMD Business School. With prior technical roles at Galaxy Backbone and the Central Bank of Nigeria, he has repositioned Nigeria as a competitive force in the global tech ecosystem, building the foundation for a digital-first economy.
