Ms. Aisha Rimi is a seasoned commercial lawyer and investment expert with over 30 years of experience in cross-border investments and regulatory compliance. As the head of the NIPC, she serves as the primary facilitator for local and foreign direct investment into the Nigerian economy. Under her leadership, the Commission has focused on institutional repositioning, prioritizing investor aftercare and streamlining the "One-Stop Investment Centre" to ensure a seamless entry for global businesses.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws degree and co-founded Africa Law Practice (ALP) prior to her public service appointment. Her tenure is marked by intensified subnational engagements and the promotion of policy incentives designed to bridge the gap between the public and private sectors. She is widely recognized for her commitment to transparency and inclusive economic development.
